Co-op families are collecting donations of clothing for the victims of a terrible house fire that broke out on Thursday, November 15, on the corner of Walnut and Valley Roads. The home was occupied by 10 tenants, including an 8-year-old boy.  No-one was hurt but the fire consumed the entire home, and all the occupants’ personal belongings were destroyed.  Containers have been set up at the school to collect donations of:

  • Socks, underwear, t-shirts in sizes Men’s L and XL,  Women’s small,  and children’s clothes for the 8-year-old boy.
  • Work clothes size L and XL for men
  • Toiletries and gift cards.
