Lengua y Cultura (Spanish Immersion)

Campers will study and discuss the traditions of a different Spanish speaking country each day, then walk to a different ethnic restaurant in Montclair daily to experience some of the typical dishes and practice ordering and paying in Spanish. Conversations will be 90% in Spanish throughout the morning and at the restaurant.

|TEACHER:||Sandra Lorente is a certified Spanish teacher and is currently working at the Co-op teaching students in grades 4th through 8th. She is originally from Spain and has taught many different ages and levels.
Sean Kreyling is the founder and CEO of Language Learning Network, an organization dedicated to the teaching of world languages and culture. A linguist by trade, Sean both speaks and teaches English, Spanish, French, and Italian. Throughout his career, Sean has taught world language in Reggio-inspired and Montessori preK-8 settings.
