Board of Trustees
Governance of the school is carried out by the Board of Trustees, in accordance with the school’s by-laws. The Board, with the Head of School’s input, safeguards the school’s mission and fiscal health, and plays a leadership role in its strategic direction. The Board of Trustees consists of parents, who are elected by the Membership for a three-year term, and community members, who are appointed by the Board Chair in consultation with the Board. Any current parent is eligible to serve on the Board.
