Having spent more than 25 years as a history and social studies teacher with the Morris Hills school district, I am excited to bring my love of humanities to the Co-op Upper School! In addition to teaching at the high school level, I have participated in three archaeological digs in Ghana, Kentucky, and Tanzania and spend my free time reading, watching movies, and hiking.
I hold a Master of Arts in Modern European History from SUNY and have completed additional studies in Early Childhood Education. When not in school I also work part-time at a library at the reference desk. During December, I am Father Christmas at the Denville Rotary’s Santa Land. I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife of over 30 years and my son who is in his first year at SUNY New Paltz.
