What I love about being a part of the Co-op is that it feels like home, which helps foster relationships amongst students, faculty, and staff. I believe children learn best when their whole selves are nurtured through meaningful connections and experiences. My professional background includes a graduate degree in Education and Psychology, and a Masters in Reading and Literacy, which have led to over 20 years of teaching in the classroom, serving as an interventionist in Reading and Math, as well as coaching teachers and facilitating professional development. Putting all of these experiences together at the Co-op to serve children in all capacities as a Learning Specialist is a privilege that I enjoy every day.
