I’m a Partner at a global business strategy consulting firm, where I help organizations define and execute strategies that better serve their various stakeholders (from customers to employees). In this role I help my client organizations set ambitious but achievable visions for where they want to be in the future, and help them think through practicalities of implementation. I also help them integrate perspectives from many different types of stakeholders, ensuring that their strategies actually create value for everyone.
I’m a natural project manager, and part of my role is ensuring that complex projects are well-structured (and manageable!) and completed on time. Another big part of my job is executive communication. I love breaking down big ideas into compelling and easily digestible language.
I caught the co-op bug early, when I joined Oberlin College’s dining and living co-op system as a freshman and saw the magic of communities rolling up their sleeves and working together for a common cause. I am an enormous believer in the Montclair Cooperative School, and would love to have the opportunity to use my skills to help it grow and thrive in the community!
